The yoga classes are based on Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. It is always important for me to include other yoga styles (Yin, Jivamukti, Asthanga) or types of movement.
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines
physical exercises
(asanas) with the
breath. For me it is particularly important, to practice
breathing and meditation techniques in our classes. We want to create a
balance
between power and energy flow as well as relaxation and stress reduction.
Philosophy
WHAT I WANT TO SHARE:
Yoga is a holistic approach. Keep your body & mind healthy with the help of several techniques:
- correct alignment of physical exercises (asanas)
- Breathing techniques (pranayama), to balance the mind
- Meditation, to feel the healing power of stillness in the mind
- (Yoga) philosophical topics
At events and workshops we can go even deeper:
- Deeper entry into meditation & breathing techniques
- Mantra chanting
- Knowledge about our nature (herbs, mushrooms, animals & plants in general)
- Food & holistic nutrition
- Scientific findings in the field of yoga & health
